Bu se\u00e7enekler aras\u0131nda bankalar, kooperatifler ve \u00f6zel finans kurulu\u015flar\u0131 yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bina g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme kredisi hesaplamas\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131rken, \u00f6ncelikle kredinin miktar\u0131 belirlenmelidir. Bu miktar, binan\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme maliyetine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fmektedir. Kredinin miktar\u0131 belirlendikten sonra, kredi vadesi ve faiz oran\u0131 belirlenir.
