Bu nedenle, il\u00e7ede g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Eski\u015fehir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, Tepeba\u015f\u0131&#8217;nda g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda, 20 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n s\u00fcredir hizmet veren binalar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmektedir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar, \u00f6ncelikle yap\u0131n\u0131n mevcut durumu tespit edilerek ba\u015flat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Daha sonra, yap\u0131ya uygun bir g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme projesi haz\u0131rlanmaktad\u0131r.
